Massage Therapy:
Amy has studied with the Australian College of Massage, who are dedicated to providing ‘the most comprehensive and inspiring massage training available’. They are the largest nationally recognised massage school in Australia and their training is government accredited.*
- Relaxation - $60 / 1 hour
- Remedial - $60 / 1 hour
- Hot Stone - $70 / 1 hour
- Indian Head - $50 / 45 minutes

Relaxation Massage:
The main purpose of the Relaxation Massage (also known as Swedish Massage) is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It is a deeply relaxing massage which affects the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation. Depending on client preference, pressure can range from light to firm, and body areas included can either be full body (Back, neck, shoulders, face, legs and arms) or focussed on a specific area (Back, neck and shoulders).
Remedial Massage
This massage focusses on areas of specific muscle tension using deep tissue and remedial techniques. This massage varies greatly due to client needs and preferences.
Hot Stone Massage
This ancient healing treatment uses heated stones with the strokes of massage to create a deep, relaxing meditative state of tranquility and calmness. The heat of the massage stones warms the skin allowing the absorption of moisturising and therapeutic oils, prepares the musculature of the body so the therapist can work into the deeper muscle layers and increases bloodflow to the area to further accelerate the healing process.
Indian Head Massage
The Indian Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage is a gentle yet firm and rhythmical massage that is given to you whilst in a sitting position. Direct stimulation of the scalp provides fresh oxygen to the brain helping to boost the immune-system, improve circulation, relax the nervous system and relieve fatigue (such as eye strain and headaches caused by mental stress). This massage can be given whilst the client is fully clothed.
